Foundation Training was born out of necessity by the amazing Dr. Eric Goodman.  He was debillitated by back pain during his last year of Chiropractic school.  Lucky for the rest of us  Dr. Goodman became the doctor he wished he had, creating innovative corrective movements as the answer to his pain.   The business of Foundation Training is committed to the common goal of helping people heal and redefining a life without pain.

In short....EVERYBODY! No matter your age or level of fitness, Foundation Training can help you on your path to wellness.  Known worldwide as way to help people get out of pain, increase performance, and unwind the habitual things we do to our bodies during our day-to-day life.  Each person is able to work with a trainer or work on their own to utilize these protocols in conjunction with other modalities or as a stand alone practice.

 Foundation Training is a simple solution that gives you the means to change the way you move and correct the imbalances caused by our modern habits.

Through a series of body-weight exercises, Foundation Training activates your posterior muscle chain, anchors the hips, decompresses the spine, and teaches you to take the burden of supporting the body out of your joints and put it where it belongs; in your muscles.

Are you living with back pain, knee pain, wrist pain, shoulder pain, (you get the point)? Then this practice is for you!  

Take it from me...I have been there, in pain and thinking why is this different when I have tried so many other things. I had some friends who had been practicing and finally talked me into it.  That was 8 years ago and I have been so grateful since.  Now I use this to warm up, unwind from my day at the computer or whenever I am feeling tight after a workout.  It is my go-to feel good 5-10 minutes.

(You don't even need shoes!)
